FRACCA Recognizes RACCA and Individuals for their Services
On April 3, 2009, Florida RACCA, at it’s Annual Education Conference, recognized RACCA with a “Chapter Longevity Award” for 60 years of service to the industry. At the same time, Wilhelm Air Conditioning (a RACCA member) received the Outstanding Company of the Year Award for their community service. RACCA’s Executive Director, Keane Bismarck, was honored with the President’s Appreciation Award for his years of service to the industry.

RACCA member Mary Ann Wilhelm of Wilhelm Heating and Air Conditioning received the 2009 Outstanding Company of the Year Award from FRACCA President Paul Stehle.
FRACCA President Paul Stehle presented Keane Bismarck, RACCA of Tampa Bay’s Executive Director, with the President’s Award of Appreciation.
What is RACCA?
The Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association Inc., founded in 1949, serves the entire Tampa Bay Area. RACCA is the largest, oldest and most active local HVACR Trade Association in the state of Florida. Contractors, as well as other firms, with a direct interest in the air conditioning industry benefit by joining the Association!
RACCA takes an aggressive role in promoting industry standards and professionalism. RACCA provides Continuing Education (C.E) courses for contractors and Apprenticeship Programs for HVACR Technicians.
