Online Apprentice Time Card
Instructions for filling out OJT card:
1.
Fill out Employee/Employer information completely.
2.
Fill in hours for each day and Work Process Designation. The hours will be
calculated automatically for you.
3.When finished check information for Accuracy and click the Submit or Print
button (if you are printing and faxing your time card, please fax to
813-234-6720).
Work Process Designations:
A. Use & Care of Tools and Equipment – Soldering, Brazing, Cutting,
Fabricating, Installing, Electrical, Pressure Testing.
B. Installation & Service of – Compressors, Condensers, Evaporator Coils,
Accumulators, Receivers.
C. Installation & Service of – Expansion Valves, Power Elements, Cap Tubes,
Check Valves, Reversing Valves, Safety Controls.
D. Installation & Service of – Low & Power Voltage Wiring, Thermostats,
Switches, Relays, Transformers, Capacitors, Motors, Protection Devices.
E. Installation & Service of – Air Distribution Systems, Exhaust Systems,
Ventilation Systems, Air Filtration.
F. Installation of – Air Handling Units, Furnaces, Condensers, Package
Units.
G. Installation & Service of – Ice Machines, Display Cases, Fountains,
Reach-In and Walk-In Coolers and Freezers.
