DESCRIPTION:What is the Employee Retention Credit?\nClearlight Employer Services will go over Employee Retention Credit (ERC) – sometimes called the Employee Retention Tax Credit.\nWho Should Attend? \nThis class is intended for Owners\, Executives\, Managers & Associate Members. \nDetails of the program include: \n\nUp to $26\,000 per employee\nAvailable for 2020 & Q1-Q3 2021\nQualify with decreased revenue or COVID event\nNo limit on funding (ERC is NOT a loan)\nERC is a refundable tax credit\n\nCEO & President – Vincent M. Scully of Clearlight Employer Services will go over The Employee Retention Credit (ERC) – sometimes called the Employee Retention Tax Credit or ERTC – is a refundable tax credit for businesses and tax-exempt organizations. The requirements are different depending on the time period for which you claim the credit. The ERC is not available to individuals. \nRSVP for the Lunch & Learn will be on RACCA’s Website www.racca-florida.org. You will be asked for payment in the form of a credit card. RSVP will be taken up 5:00 PM Sept 15th. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are taken up to Sept.15th by noon. Cancellations after this date & no-shows are charged for the Lunch & Learn.
