DESCRIPTION:Navigating Health Benefits\nMatthew is the manager for Abbott Family Insurance\, and he will lead a class on navigating the insurance space ahead of Open Enrollment for Plan year 2024.\nWho Should Attend? \nThis class is intended for Owners\, Executives\, Managers & Associate Members. \nThis class will cover topics such as: \n\nVarious health insurance options: Group plans\, private plans\, medi-share\, and self-funded plans.\nReview options and ensure cost-effective benefits for your team.\nEquip yourself with tools to secure better rates and negotiate Workman’s Compensation costs.\nAvoid overwhelming decisions by seeking education and guidance.\n\nWe are not going to be going into specific product details\, but rather provide you with the overview needed to help you make the best decisions for your business in Plan year 2024. Open Enrollment begins on November 1st and closes on December 15th. With only a month and a half to get all of the information and make a decision\, this course will streamline that process for you! \nRSVP for the Lunch & Learn will be on RACCA’s Website www.racca-florida.org. You will be asked for payment in the form of a credit card. RSVP will be taken up 5:00 PM Oct 13th. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are taken up to Oct.13th by noon.
