RACCA has invited some of the Premier HVAC/R Tool Vendors in so you can see what is New and ask questions on the Tools you maybe thinking of buying. \nTour Guide:\nKeane Bismarck\nApprenticeship Program Administrator \nCost: FREE\nWhen: April 4th from 6 to 9 PM\nWhere: Pinellas Technical College -Clearwater Campus \nApprenticeship Program Introduction\nYour employee is indentured into a four-year program registered with Florida’s Department of Education under standards set by the U. S. Department of Labor. \nApprentices attend class 2 nights per week while they work full-time for their employer during the day. No evening classes are held during the busy summer months. \nClasses meet either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Classes are conducted at Pinellas Technical College\, located near the St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport. \nWe will begin accepting applications for the 2023/2024 training year after July 1st\, 2023. Classes will begin Tuesday evening\, September 5th. \nWe have 2 Apprenticeship programs:\n\nResidential/Light Commercial HVAC Installer/Servicer\nCommercial Refrigeration Mechanic\n\nContractor firms pay the tuition and book cost for their Apprentices. Costs per Apprentice is $850.00 per year.
